disable more serives at once

Hello,

Does anyone know how to disable more services with one/two click/clicks? Something like a script which I could modify, like the .reg files where more registry could be modified at once.

Or, another way to optimize windows more quickly with a few clicks, like disable indexing services, optimize display settings, speed up folder browsing, optimize page file, without installing any program.

lookup the sc config command you can disable services in there using a script
