Making a change to one document, and applying it to many - Possible?

I'm using Word 2007 and have the same header in a group of word documents. Is there any way I can replace the header in all of the documents without the need to copy and paste it into every document individually?

If there's no way of doing it to my current documents, is there any way I could do it to future ones?
