Save print options as default

I have several specific print options that I need to save permenantely. Every time I close Word and reopen, the options revert back to unwanted ones. Please advise! Thanks in advance!

You need to do this, not from within Word, but from Start --> Printers and Faxes --> right-click your printer in questions --> Printing preferences (not Properties) --> set your defaults then apply.
