battery installer needed

Hi,

I just got a new Toshiba U205-S5067 laptop, Vista preinstalled.

I somehow managged to downgrade to XP, but I am missing two things:

1 a battery installer, that is not part of the downloadable drivers on Toshiba's website.

2 it does not recognize sound device, drivers available do not help.

Please help!

Maybe is there someone with a toshiba u200 or u205 laptop that has toshiba's XP instal disc?
