Page fails to load because of hash sign in title

I can remove the hash sign but I'm leaving it in for now to demonstrate the issue. Other people may run in to this problem too.

Go to this page. That's the last page of 5. Now click the "<<" link to return to the first page. You get a "Not found" error message. This only happens with the "<<" link. The "<" link (and the "1" link, if you can get it) work fine.
