  1. Hello there! To introduce myself, I am an IT Manager in a charity in Canada. Recently, we purchased computers. As part of the setup, I have installed Windows 8.1 on them with the sole exception of mine which runs Windows 8. Since then, I have received complains that explorer was crashing at random which makes the opened folders and taskbar disappear and then reappear. The exact same behavior happens on my Win 8 machine. On my machine, I have updated the Intel Graphics drivers minutes before the latest crash. After some research, I have been able to collect a crash dump but I'm not able to make sense of it in Windbg. Can one kind soul help me decipher the dmp file? You can find the file here. https://www.dropbox.com/s/f16qq7gw4ocxcgl/explorer.exe.243660.dmp?dl=0 Thank you!!
