  1. Hi. I have a multiboot system with win Xp pro sp2, win 2003 server and win 2k Server sp4. A recent motherboard change caused problems with an inplace upgrade of the Win 2k Server system. On my WINXP system I ran nlite and integrated Nvidia nforce 2 raid and ide drivers FOR WIN2K SERVER into an iso that I burned to try to do another inplace repair of the Win2k Server system. I had disconnected the cables from my Win2k system drive while I was attempting the repair on the seperate drive that has Win2k. During the Win2k setup, I was asked if I wanted to use the non Microsoft pnp680 file and the nvraid file which nlite integrated. Later on, I reconnected the Win Xp drive and attempted to boot (with the Win2k drive attached as is normal). I received a SESSION5_INITIALIZATION_FAILED BSOD. After several chkdsk /f and chkdsk /r with not much showing, >>>>I booted from the WinXp CD went into setup, where the setup asked me about pnp680 which had nothing to do with WinXP, only the Win2k nlite customization I did. <<< I looked in the xp windows directory and there is an oem drivers directory now with the nvidia w2k drivers plus the file pnp680.sys which is also now in the systems32\drivers directory. There is also now a service that loads the pnp680.sys file. I deleted the service key from the registry and the files, but the Windows Xp installation will now just boot to a blue screen with my mouse pointer sitting there. So, I'm suspicious nlite corrupted WinXp with the Win2k nvidia drivers. I don't know what to do now. Help would be greatly appreciated.
