I like the two browsers, but Firefox is my favorite because it have thousands of extensions that can do anything, but I don't like when use "70 mb of memory", in that moment I prefer Opera that is a little faster (I think) that Firefox.

Try to update your drivers too, is the most common problem or disable some hardware in the bios, in my computer I cant install XP until disable the sound and the network integrated periphericals but after that the install run. After that I download the drivers Updated and enable the sound and network card and all works fine.

You need to extract the files shell32.dll and mydocs.dll, in the shell32.dll are the mayor part of icons of the system, and in mydocs.dll the icons of My Documents folder. You can do this with a tool like Resorce Tuner, you can download a demo in the page: http://www.heaventools.com/ You can change the images and icons inside the dll, exe, cpl files Once you change your icons compress the file and copy to the I386 folder.
