Well... the problem seems to be that there's no way to make the usb flash to boot if the partition is bigger than 1.44MB... I've tried with several ways ( http://www.hiren.info/downloads/files/usb_format.zip , HP Drive Boot Utility and WinImage ) and I've only managed to boot from USB if the partition is FAT and 1.44MB... I'm still looking for a solution...
