  1. How can I get my tasks to show up on the calendar? I am a Real Estate Agent and I am testing creating a task for a showing, open house, etc, and I would like it to be placed on the calendar also. Is that possible without creating two seperate entries? It doesn't look like it is an option, being there is no "time" frame other than dates for the tasks. Sometimes tasks tie you up, so seeing on the calendar also would be helpful. jp
  2. Update: It seems that it is just not linking past mails, or only some past mails. If I choose a block of mail to link, the LINK TO RECORD option grays out. Why does it have to be done one at a time? And it does not seem to be picking up the SENT mails at all.
  3. I seem to be having a problem with viewing the history of email messages in the BCM area. It is not calling up the sent, and received mail messages automatically like it does in the regular contacts file. Does this not work the same way? Do I have to manually link every email message to a BC account? or does it just take a long time to index the mails? I only have about 500 emails and most dont associate with BCM, but I would like to see them in the history area if it applies to a BC.
  4. I get email from AOL/AIM no problem, it is when I start Outlook 2007 I always get hangups on "Downloading Hierarchy" or "Unable to connect to IMAP account" .. It is set up right because it does work. After it hangs for 30-40 secs it comes back usable.. its hard to explain.. Maybe it is the AOL servers..
  5. Does anyone encounter problems when using IMAP accounts (AOL) with Outlook 2007? Every so often the program hangs up, lower right hand corner "Dounloading Hierarchy".. It costs me 30-40 seconds every time I switch between accounts.. Sometimes it is normal, sometimes it hangs up.. Just wondering if it happens only with IMAPs
  6. I get this error message opening Outlook. I installed BCM after installing Outlook 2003: ...your .oft file for message class ipm.contact.bcm.account has a wrong version... I cannont get the BCM options in the menu system so I cannot restore my previous backup file.. All contacts I have previously entered are still there, but other things like custom categories and stuff are not. I have reinstalled it, updated it, enabled it, etc and still get this message. Nothing comes up in a google search, etc for this error message. Any ideas?
