Hey that seems to get the job done At first i was told that i was going to have to re format my computer but before that i decided i might as well try to get some help. Thank you ever so much, Ill remember to use these forums next time im in trouble. ~ Rex

Ok so I am on my computer and I try to click on my computer. A banner shows up that says "To help protect your computer, Windows has closed this program. Below it reads "Name : Windows Explorer then publisher microsoft corporation. Then my option is to close message. This is the same thing that happens if I try to open control panel, recycle bin or my documents. I am very worried But hopefully i figure out a solution. Thanks ~ Rex
