Having half reinstalled all my software, my reinstalled XP has now lost interest in reinstalling the rest. I get to the startup interference on each CD, click install, get a few seconds of the hour glass and then it's as if nothing had ever happened. Any ideas what is going on and how to fix it?? Hi, WHen I use the "Send to mail recipient (as attachment)" command in Word, the file that ends up in the e-mail does not appear as a Word document but as an unidentified file type. If I attach a file normally in Outlook, this does not happen. Any ideas how I can fix this?? Fergus
