niboraus

hi i have read pretty much everything on this, i still can't work out how to use it or even start it. if i double click on WPI.HTA to use it, it opens the source in Notepad??? whats that all about??? say i get past this how, and i mean exactly how can i run the program independantly from anything to do with the windows install?? i am truley lost and from other posts i am not alone. is there any instructions, not for dummies but for the braindead of us??? what i need is a program that i can use to select the programs i wish to install After and independantly of the windows install. can this do this and if so how??? thanks
