I've done both. I can only log as administrator from Safe mode though. It's just really frustrating! I couldn't find anything on Windows Support except the fact that they do it purposely.

Operating System - XP Home Every time I run a program as Administrator, I get an account restriction. I cannot install a print utility and I just cannot fathom what needs to be done in order for me to install programs that require it to be installed by the administrator. Please help as I am already hours behind on a job that should've been finished way before now. Thanks for any assistance or advice. Elena
