I have some code from an old C++ 4.0 project that I am trying to update to update for a user. I know very little about C++. I have some C experience and some C# experience. Does anybody have some answers to these questions. Would I need the old Visual C++ 4.0 to view and compile the code? Could I use a newer version like 5.0 or 6.0 to view and compile the code? Would I have to change the code to use in a newer version? Is there any way I could make it work in Visual Studio 2005? If there is anyone that could give me some direction, I would appreciate it.
