How do I remove them? I do not have the CDs for windows to reformat. Thanks in advance.

I trying to reinstall Office XP with new license info i.e. the info shown during start up for each office program. When I remove Office Xp and reinstall that info is still there. Any help is appreciated. This computer is being given to a family member so I am trying to reinstall the program with their info and trying to remove my old emails.
