    that's what I meant. Do I need to extract the contents of the iso onto the root of the USB drive? Also can I have other files and folders such as mp3's on the drive as well without affecting installation?

    Hi everyone I've got an ISO image of an unattended XP cd and my cdrw haspacked in. I was wondering if it would be possiblefor me to copy the iso image onto an usb hard drive and install windows FROM there? Thanks
