[Easy RunOnceEx.cmd]

Well, for all will use an extra .lng file in the folder of this program I report a small bug.
If I will start the program from the icon in the program folder no problem, only set the new language and all will be displayed, but if I will start the program from the start menu I'm not able to set a language of my choice, only english is displayed.

Made an error with the Italian file above, the correct file is here and work
