Actually, there is a much easier way (so to speak)
if you copy the R2 CD onto the same CD\DVD as server 2003 then put the R2 cdkey in instead of the Server 2003 key, (either manually or in winnt.sif) then once windows boots it auto installs.
We are in the process of doing this now with work and that is how we are doing it

PXE without DHCP

Hi, if your using the Symantec Ghost Solution Suite, it has a PXE server that you can optionally install, you should be able to just install it, say "no this server doesn't provide DHCP" and it _should_ work we did it at our office without too much hassle a few weeks ago.
