hello all...first post here. i recently left a job and would like to print out my Outlook contact list for a coworker so that they dont have to start from scratch with industry contacts. problem is, everything in my contact list in Outlook is listed alphabetically by last name of the contact. and not all the contacts seem to list the company that they are affiliated with. however, on my PDA, all the contacts are sorted by company name, and then by contact last name. what i would like to do is get all the contacts in Outlook listed the same way as they are on my PDA. that way, i can print everything out in an easy-to-use format, since my coworker may not be familiar with many of the particular names, but can go by company names. thanks in advance for any help.
