Ok my mate has a Windows 2000 Professional running laptop, but she has some how blocked the Admin account and cannot log on, any ideas how to get past the Admin account or reset the password?

Hi all, just formatted and well no sound, I know what its down to but i cannot seem to find the drivers for my onboard sound card anywere **Integrated Realtek High Definition Audio (5.1)** Any one able to help would really be doing me a favour as you can imagine. Regards Lee
