The software I am trying to install is Bottomline which is a loan software and Encompass which is loan origination software. I am using my laptop and I should have administrative rights. What are those and how do I check to see if I have them? Yes, I believe I have monitoring tools on my computer, but I don't know the name of the software. thanks for responding...

I tried to install 2 different pieces of software and got the same error message: Error 1401 could not create key HKEY_Users\S-1-5-21-1645522239-211687655-1060284298-1003\software\classes. verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel What does this mean? I tried to download the new version of itunes and I got this error: Error:-1603 fatal error during installation. Does anyone know what this means?
