I am receiving an error message stating "You do not have the permission to send the message on behalf of the specified user.” when I hit the send button and try to send out an email. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I am having a problem every time I exits Microsoft Outlook. A message box usually appears "Please wait while Microsoft Outlook exits" and will not disappear unless I manually close it from the task manager. Has anyone experienced this problem, if so any helpful ideas will be greatly appreciated. acworthga
