Yep, I forgot all about the antivirus software, turning that to scan incoming files only solved my problem.

Hi all, I have setup my windows 2000 domain again, setup all the 250 users and setup 250 shares which took ages!! I then installed a client or to, added them to the domain, all fine, untill file syncronization. I use folder redirection to copy the users "my documents" folder to "\\server\%username%" This worked fine on the old domain, now when trying to work in windows when you open a file or save one it hangs the entire computer for about 5 mins. Can anyone shed any light on what may be my problem here? I have a feeling it may be DNS related as im using a domain name different to the last server, so I am setting up another box with the old domain and trying that. Thanks in advance for any help! this ones really got me stuck!
