Hi to all! i must create a software that could delay all packets arriving and leaving from a server. I tried with a hook filter driver but its functions are at a IRQ level too low to add a delay to packets..so i m looking for a driver that can create a buffer so i could reorder packets in function of a priority that i ll choose and then deliver them to theri destination ...is it possible??
