As a client of Microsoft, I have been recently approached by a 'Business Productivity Advisor'. What is a BPA? I understand they are different from sales engineers. What is their function and how can I use them? Has anyone been exposed to BPAs and what do they do for you? I really appreciate any insight (both positive and negative) on this. Thanks.
