I remember checking that setting and it was set to NT Authentication. This problem has me totally lost. Thanks for your help.

Good afternoon.... This looks like a nice forum y'all have here. I've searched through the archives, but I haven't been able to find a solution to a problem that one of my users is having. First off, we're running Exchange 2000, and this particular user is using Office 2000. Everytime he goes to open his Outlook, he is prompted for a username & password. It is the same username & password that he uses to log on to our network. Can someone please tell me how I can get rid of this? He seems to be the only person in our organization who is having this problem, but he's starting to get a little heated about it. Thanks for any help that you can offer. -Jake
