you can always use RegShot. just take a shot before. make changes then take another shot. http://www.majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=965 works pretty good. once you figure out what you need to change.

is there anyway to put in your own logon screen. in the i386 or .cmd or somehow?

just wondering if anyone has been able to make qfecheck run and make a log on the first boot. i got it to copy over to windows dir and put %systemroot%\qfecheck.exe /l /q at the bottom of my main_bat.cmd with a log entry at the end to see if any errors and i get no errors and no log. after it boots up i can run qfecheck with same switches and it makes a log but cant get it to work in my bat. anyone try this?

what about the welcome and logon screens. is there anyway to change them? Love the work you are all doing. Ive been an avid reader for awhile now.
