removed and reinstalled and it didn't help. point me to the registry key maybe that will do it I don't have a problem working in the registry. I used "net stop spooler" at the command prompt to remove it then the installl Cd to install it. thanks for your interest.

After updated Win 2k pro from Microsoft Update with rollup 1 for windows service pack 4 my i860 Canon printer would only print from internet sites and email and will not print anything from my hard drive, it goes throught the motions but just spits out blank pages. You help solving this one would be greatly appreciated.
