Windows RDP, but there is a mention of the ICA in the firewall, which file,properties do I need to go into?

Hi, this is my first post and it is a horrible one. When I try to TS into the TS server at work I get the logon prompt for Windows, enter my username and password, press return and get a logon message "You do not have the proper encryption level to access this session" It does the same on the internal network, Please help Steve
