  1. Somtimes with xp if you have zip drive installed or if you have a internal digital card reader that hooks up via the usb pins on the mobo, it will for some reason or another make those drives first and your haddrive will be the latter. I hope that made sense
  2. Thx. I think if I remember correctly, let's say when you do a dual boot of 98 and xp.....if your running in 98 and you start the xp install from with in 98, and instead of choosing upgrade you choose "New Install" one of the options is to A)Choose the dir you want xp installed to & B)Copy the installation files to the harddrive. So thats why I thought there might be a option to do the same in a unattended install
  3. What would i have to do so that when my auto install runs it copys the cab files to the harddrive, so that the I386 folder(from the xp cd) is put in the windows directory. I'm familuar with making unattended cd's and dvd's. I know i can write a batch file and have it run with my other apps, but i was just wondering if there is any simpler way to accomplish this. nlite doesnt' offer this option either (that i'm aware of) Thanks for any help
