Thank you very much for the help with the BLUE items, which I have taken care of... Now for the KB.log items... Since they are log is there any reason for them to be there??? I do have 160gb of hard drive, so I suspose they arent in the way of anything.. Just wondering,,, being a novice in the puter thing isnt easy....

Can I delete any of these- or do they have to stay??????? I just saw them after a update, I think it was a SP. Is there a way to get all the system that have been downloaded on the puter to work on all the names ?????? I have a new puter and have downloaded MS Works 2005, but when I try to use WORD it wotn work, says its not downloaded to the current user... well in the trail n errors that I have went thru, I have found out that if I switch to the guest name-then WORD works, but not in my NAME... this is rather strange to me. So is there a way to get all systems to work on all names.. or can I delete all but one and get all systems to work ????????? Now I have to switch between my name and guest name to get my work done, which is a Pain.

After downloading MS Works on my new Dell,,, when I try to use the WORD it wont open, says its not downloaded for the current user.... so after uninstalling n reinstalling it many times,, still the same. But in the mean time I have found this out,,, USER NAME is probably the problem,,, when i switch to the guest name I can in fact open WORD- but not in my name. So at this point im switching back n forth between my name and guest to do my work..... I have a new Dell computer with Xp, old one had ME,,I have the MicroSoft Links 2001 golf game. But for some reason I cant get the xp to take the add on courses,,, just wont do it. ???????? The Links 2001 main cd's download fine, but when I try to do the add on courses,, cant make it work,,,,,,,,,,,, any ideas out there why ????????????????

I just purchased a new Dell computer with XP, old one was ME.. When I downloaded my old Links 2001 cd as was fine till I tried to do the add on's... I have three cd's of add on's. I cant get this to work, have tried for over 6 times,, just cant get the add on's to get put on the Links 2001 game.. Is this normal or what ???????? Sure worked on the old ME system... any ideas ??????????????????
