snap time for a new pc

mobo? a POS, thats what its a Compaq Evo D300mt and they have MR825 boards i think ami bios the newest drivers i can find for the damm thing are soo old :/ ive tried to change the clock multiplyer but the only way i had to actuailly check the clock was in "my computer"'s proberties box and i think thats a text file if i remmber i'll try again with everest. thnx 4 helpz

sup k i have a Sapphire Radeon 9800 Atlantis 128. ive overclocked using ATi Tool (0.25 beta) my first question is: When i look at specs for a radeom 9800 the clock rates for cpu and mem are WAY higher than the 325 core and 290 mem clock speeds my card is defaulted to. why? did ATi sell sapphire the 9800LELELE verson or something? now ive taken care of cooling by mounting 2 addition fans in my pc (the whole thing ran a bit too hot anyways, so i put 2 in ) a 12mm fan in the bottom fromt of the case and a fan monted in my bottommost PCI slot. so with a big fan blowind straght in at it and a fan right underneath the card sucking heat away im pretty sure i got cooling taken care of. i think its pretty good for a low budget anyways even with my additional cooling my card will only overclock to 354 core 327 memory. it just doesnt seem right... can someone explain this for me? thnx
