ok how do i do that? i dont know much about this kinda stuff lol

no i already tried that, all the files are still in the C:\Documents and Settings\Mara folder and there is nothing in C:\Documents and Settings\Adam\Start Menu\Programs or the all users start menu either. when i drag them off the menu they dissapear from C:\Documents and Settings\Mara aswell but if i try and drag them back in to the mara folder it comes up with a box saying the files are already in this folder, so they have not just simply been moved into the start menu, its more then that.

i have a problem that is really bugging me at the moment any help would be great: Heres a picture of what im talking about: all this circled in red should be in the mara's documents folder in My Computer, but for some reason is in my start menu, im just wondering how it got there? and how i can put it back. cheers
