Hi, I am having a very similar problem - I have an Acer 4005 Notebook which I have kept up-to-date with the latest Windows XP Professional Updates (SP2). I guess I have received an Update for Office 2003 through the Windows Update mechanism as my Outlook has behaved erratic in the last couple of days. I manually installed the Office 2003 Service Pack which came out at the end of September but that did not help. The behaviour I have is that whenever I try to type an address in the address field of a new email I want to send, I get a popup saying that Outlook ctrashed, offering to restart. It restarts quickly, but I basically cannot do anything worthwhile with Outlook at the moment. Any help would be highly appreciated, Patrick
