no - unfortunately it doesn't work i have the same problem for bulletting etc, even if i select the line anyone else having this problem?

Hey guys I know there is a post for this already, but I don't understand what the answer means. To someone who can possible answer this in layman's terms: Why does XP apply formatting changes to the whole document instead of just one line? It is so annoying to have to "undo" everytime. Office 2000 does not have this problem, and I am considering going back, but to tell you the truth, I like the format of office XO as a whole - other than this problem!!

sorry - what does that mean? I have the same problem where the formatting changes in the whole document - it is mega annoying
