You're probably using an expired authorization. Boot up in DOS and set your computer date back, say a year. Then reboot and let setup recontinue. If that's the problem, this will get you through installation. If you set your date to the correct date after you're done, you may get forced into reauthorizing your copy (which of course shouldn't be a problem); or maybe you can stay in 2002 for the rest of your life.
