  1. Have you ever heard of an RPG called Runescape? Well thats what I mostly do on the internet besides looking up information for school papers and what not. Oh I do use a plitter :\ and I have a line running about 30 feet LOL, pathetic eh?
  2. I got a problem were my internets too slow for my computer and I'm paying a game or something that has a lot of movement the fan or something kicks on and boots me off. I need to know how to try and stop that from happening. I have a friend that has the same problem and said getting DSL or Cable would fix it, but I don't have the cash for that. This problem is very irritating and I've been in search of a way to fix it. As I said before I don't have the money for Cable or DSL so if those who have extreme knowledge about computers and can help me please do so. --------------------------------------------------- My OS details are: Manufactured and supported by: HP Invent Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition Version 2002 Service Pack 2 Hewlett-Packard Pavilion Intel® Pentium® 4 CPU 2.60GHz 2.60GHz, 504 MB of RAM --------------------------------------------------- There is a bit of history to this computer as we had an accident with it before. When trying to clean the inside one of the brackets the clamps the fan down in place broke. We had taken it to a local computer shop and they said they couldn't get that part for the computer because it wasn't sold as a stocked part. What they did instead what rig it up with wire to make it stay in place. If theres any help it would be greatly appreciated because I've been dealing with this for about a year and its been drivng me up the wall when trying to do something on the internet. P.S. If theres anything else requested that needs to be known by me just post here. Oh and I'm a bit of a novice at knowing how to fix computer problems so if its thats simple don't be surprised.
