Good morning fellow techies! I have a very strange problem, and I'm totally stumped... so I'm blasting my problem across the net in different venues. Anyway, I recently migrated my one PC to a new one (via software called 'Move Me')... It's similiar to 'Aloha Bob' except that I did it via my home LAN. I don't use Outlook at home for my email, but my wife does. When she tried to send/receive it prompted for a username and pw. I verified both, as well as the settings... Nothing. So, I tried creating one using my account. It worked fine. Tried the detect/repair.. Nothing. Uninstalled, and cleaned the registry the best I could and deleted the Outlook profile. Reinstalled, and still nothing. My question is this... Is there a file somewhere that contains her information that is causing a conflict? Any suggestions would be very helpful... GO TEAM VOLTRON!
