i have the server behind the firewall and i even set it to DMZ... i can connect using my laptop but it is on a different router. i have 8 different IP address. oh, i am just using the program from win 2003 server for ftp. there are no firewalls installed.

hello all, first time here... the problem is... i set up an ftp and i can only connect to my server using a third party (wiseftp) software to connect. and the only time i can connect using a windows browser is when i use my laptop. my laptop is using a diffrent IP address to connect and it works, but when i use a diffrent comp. like my work, it doesnt work. also have a router... d-link DI-704p i tried opening all the ports but still can't connect using a windows browser. i think i did it right... probably not cause i cant connect... thanks..
