  1. I've found the quartz.dll file from my original win 98 cd. Is it just a matter of copying and overwriting the file inside the system directory
  2. boooggy, do you know of any other possible way's of fixing this error such as replacing the quartz.dll with the latest version or something else. If not then it looks as if I will have to do it the hard old fashioned way
