I can't get into e-mail through Outlook. When I open Outlook, an error message appears: "Business Contact Manager has encountered a problem and needs to close." I attempted to download the Outlook 2003 Business Contact Manager update from the Microsoft website, but the installation failed more than once. I have updated to IE 7.0, as recommended by Office Online, but no luck yet with Outlook. Please help!

Hey, and thanks for the advice. Strangely, SP2 is NOT showing up on my add/remove folders list! I know I got a message indicating it had been installed successfully, but perhaps not? At any rate, some of my programs are opening fine, while others (e.g. FinalDraft, Wireless Internet, and ITuneshelper) don't ("application failed"). That SP2 uninstall file isn't where it's supposed to be, either. Any trick to find it? Or - is there a way to download sp4 on another computer, burn it to a disc, and install it over my flawed sp2? Hello, When I recently installed SP 2 for Windows 2000, it screwed up somehow -- I get an application error message when I try to start many of my programs now: "application failed to initialize (0xc00000005)." Now I can't get my wireless connection to start, which means I can't access the Internet from my computer. How to fix this? Thanks for your help, Alex
