I have a similar problem that someone has already placed a topic for, so I hope this will help with the resolution. We have ms office 2000 installed on an XP pro machine. Seems like after the .pst file size is approx 1.3 mb, the personal folders appear out of order in outlook. I have tried to recreate the user profile on the machine with no change. Can someone assist.
