On my ASUS X99 motherboard I had problems with x86 PE recognizing devices if option 'Above 4g Decoding' was set in the UEFI bios. Don't know if ASROCK firmware has a similar option.

Yes abbodi1406 maintains 7, 8.1, 10 lists which contain the latest windows updates. However he does not appear to post links to them. They are not in wud format but are encrypted and are only downloaded and decrypted via whd.

You need whdownloader which unfortunately uses encrypted lists so is the only way to get the latest lists: http://forums.mydigitallife.info/threads/66243-WHDownloader-Download
