    Try this.. go to start/programs/starup/coolinfo right click then properties add this in the target field -h or -hide mine look likes this E:BackupSoftwaresUtilitiesCoolInfo.exe -h

    basically it is nothing. every time you play counter strike or half life it will create this file.
