I was working and windows asked to change the time so yeah i did. But this morning i cant login and says i need to contact sys admin. How can i repair this?

well im a pc tech and the dell i got (didnt buy it myself) the mobo is done but the new mobo is $399.00 im not paying that so i got a faster CPU and new mobo for like 300.

anyone got the number to the activation line for the USA?

well i thought of doing #2 but the Mobo is dead. The program that has the phone numbers in it wont launch because it says it already activated and the program wont launch in safemode.

I installed a new motherboard and video card in my Dell (mother board went bad) and now i go to log in and its says i need to activate i click ok and the box pops up and says its ALREADY activated. I click OK and it logs me out. It just does this over and over. What can i do?

i bougth a xp home upgrade but i have since lost the disk but i have my key so i got my friends retail xp home and used my key but it wont activate is there a way to change the full install to a upgrade to it will activate like a registry change or program?

why would it be illegal? the only problem is that MCE app will only run on MCE os, tired to just install it on 2k3 and did but wont run

Every thing in my WPI works good but it wont delete the install folder and Lime Wire pops an error up say there is an older version installed but there isnt, then it brings up a box that has "abort" "retry" and "Ignore" when i click abort is stops the install, retry same error, but when i click ignore it install but another error pops up saying i need java installed be for it will work right well java installs like 3 programs after lime wire so in windows it works fine. how do i get lime wire ignore the "ghost lime wire" and how do i ge java to intall first?

Like i said im a nood but if i set lime wire to be a dependent of java would it install java first? I have java set to be force install so you have no choice to install it or not. just seems liek it might work. Other than that and not deleteing the "install" folder from c drive it works great

O sweet, i figured it was, because even though im a noob i thought i had it right. Any info on how to get java installed before lime wire? also lime wire pops an error up about an older ver. being installed but theres not. any thing on that?

I have used nLite to integrate drivers for my mobo, lan, sound card, TV tuner, video card etc. I removed ALL drivers from windows with nLite and a few other things and do unattended. Burned that down to CD and worked great. Now i have be trying to set up WPI to install programs automaticly worked for the most part (lime wire need java before it will install corretly so it errors pop up but java installs like 3 programs after so it works once in windows, i guess i need to find how to install java before lime wire and doesnt delete the files it copyed to install the programs) Anyway insted of wasting CDs im now useing VMWare to test, but now MCE dont work. The files are in windows folder(no link on start menu) and errors out. i checked to make sure it didnt just install XP Pro and it DIDNT it says windows media center edtion. What could it be? Could it be VMWare?

Is it true that you need to install media center 05 with a MCE cd-key so that it will look for and install the "CMPNETS" folder?
