Solved it myself. Used GETRight download manager. It showed the server is so busy people like me and slow dial-up keep getting bumped off. ( Twenty times ) So with a Resuming Download manager it just keeps on hooking back on. Now to get on with my studies. LOL

I would like to explore the guide in detail at my leisure. I have dial up so I would like to download the guide print it out and read and study it. However I click on the link it sownloads for about 300kb then it syas it is downloaded. Of course it cannot initiate the program because it is missing most of the files. What is happening?
