When installing MSN 6.0 I recieve the following error "Could not access network location <Common Administrative Tools>.Allusers\." If you click cancel you receive error code 1603. You can't also uninstall MSN 5.0 without the same error. I have reinstalled XP upgrade and updates. It appears not to be a missing file. Any suggestions?
