  2. Hi I just installed MCE2005 and all worked well. When I try to play any content containing MPEG2 I get a error message from MCE,,, something like,, "No decoder installed". So,,, my question is,, can anyone recomend a decent MPEG2 decoder.... which also can utilize the MPEG2 support on my graphich card,, Leadtek FinfastPX6600 (based on GEFORCE6600). I guess my CPU can handle a SW-Decoder, but I would like to keep down the power consumption by using as much as possible of dedicaded HW. Also,, is there a way for me to detect if the MPEG2 support on the graphic card is used?? //regards //lasse
  3. Hi I’m trying to set up a HTPC configuration using a VIA EPIA SP motherboard (SP1300) and a HauppaugeWinTV-PWR-USB2 analogue TV receiver. The units are, as the name says connected through, a USB2 connection. The TV receiver contains a hardware MPEG2 encoder and the mother board contains a hardware MPEG2 decoder. I’m a using MCE 2005 My problem is that the TV picture flickers!!!!!!!!!!! I feel totally lost. My assumption was that, because of the hardware support, it should not be any problems using this combination motherboard and receiver….. I’ve tried to load all the latest drivers for the TV receiver as well as for the motherboard with respect for chipset and graphic drivers (including USB2). Any suggestions how to go on and pinpoint the problem or is it a lost case?????? //regards //lasse
