I am also having this problem. When I got to 33 programs this started occuring. Specifically, when I press Add and I have more than 32 programs in my config.js file, it crashes. It even occures if I try it with the config.js file that comes stock with WPI. If I delete a few programs, I can add more until I get to 32 again. This also happens on 4 different machines. Attached is my config.js file. config.js
